NeilMed Clearcanal Ear Wax Removal Kit, 4.2 Fluid Ounce

Experienced about an hour of clogged ears from the drops, because the saline spray can's nozzle broke off and it wouldn't spray (which is why the 4 stars) . After an hour my ears unclogged and I seemed to be able to hear (considerably) better. I then called the toll free NeilMed number listed on the box and told them about the broken nozzle, they sent a new kit in about 3 weeks. Haven't retried it yet. NeilMed's customer service was freindly and efficient. I found out about the products because my doctor recommended the saline nose rinse.

Effective if you don't let the wax build for too long. One ear cleaned pretty well, the other required the docs office to flush and pull the blob out. Overall I like the NeilMed products which are generally sold at a reasonable price, the doc here isn't looking to take advantage like some other medical products do.

This product in my opinion was a waste of money, I live in MI so in the winter time the household temperature is too cold for rinsing regular old ear wax peroxide (about $3 @ Miejers) out of your ears. It is much better to use warmed water, I saw no benefit in using canned saline solution.

I purchased this for my husband, who has been having a wax build up problem for sometime. After using the NellMed Kit his hearing has improved tremendously..

I was hoping this would melt away the impacted wax from my daughter's ear but it did nothing. The spray scared her and nothing changed. I have an ear scope, so I could not see any change.
