Stopped working. Get a FitBit.
This was purchased on July 2nd and received July 3rd (gotta love Prime shipping)I ignored the reviews saying that it had issues with the connection and that it stopped working after a while, mostly because I love Razer. But this was a big disappointment. Connected and worked fine for about 5 weeks, but then it started having issues with the connection. Now it is completely not working unless it is plugged into the charger. Tried to register it for the warranty on Razer's website and it asks for a product number that you cannot get unless you didn't throw away the packaging (which I did.) so I am SOL.Next time I'll just get a FitBit or maybe a cheap pedometer. Either one will work better than this in the long run.

Simple, style, comfort
Honestly, the best thing I can say about it is that I keep forgetting I’m wearing it. It plays my phone notifications and tracks my steps, and one charge lasted me a full shift today. If you’re looking for simple and stylish with useful features, Razer nailed it.

DO NOT BUY! DEAD ON ARRIVAL! APP NO LONGER FUNCTIONS!
I used to wear these many years ago before smartwatches were really a thing and I couldn't afford the nicer Nabu. After finding my old one and no cable to charge it, I bought this to get it up and running again and the unit I received immediately dies as soon as it's off power from the USB. The newest version of the app in 2021 will connect to the device but is unable to sync in software despite connecting over bluetooth, old and new, and on different phones. This is only useful as a stylish writstband, any actual functions of a watch are no longer functioning. The Xiaomi and Honor bands are great and affordable if you're looking for a modern smartband.

Initially gave me a bunch of problems such as the band itself not syncing to my iPhone 5, the band not responding to the double/triple tap, the band constantly connecting and disconnecting itself from Bluetooth, and not holding a charge for more than 3-4 days. HOWEVER, after I updated the firmware to the latest release (1.4.6), everything seems to be working out okay. What you get for under $50 is a fairly competitive band when compared to the more popular FitBits and Garmins. Now if only they had more app support...

When this came out the product sold well and had a decent battery lifespan, my very first one lasted a week on a single charge. fast forward to now the company not only discontinued manufacturing them but refused to make good on there initial promise to create apps for the device for it and add features to it. again I have nothing against the original product when it came out, my issue is this attempt to sell a barely working version of what used to be a decent product. I charge the device and barely 10 PM the next day it's down from 100% to 42% in just one single day!!! its possible I got a faulty unit with a bad battery, nothing else is wrong with it. aside from the poor battery life, don't expect this fitness product to last more than 2 days.

Amazing Product!! :)
The product is very easy to use and it is really cool. Easy no fuss interface, charging only takes me an hour, if anything an hour and a half. Always stays connected to my phone, I have never had any issues with it staying connected. Keep in mind the "Nabu X Utility" app must remain open in the background at all times. And the Bluetooth does not drain my battery at all. I am using a IPhone 6 Plus running I.O.S 8.3 with Bluetooth 4.0

I'd avoid this one.
So just to be clear the product is really cool, but it has stopped working about 2 months after I got it. I am in talks with the razer customer service, but they want Amazon to deal with the problem because I bought it through them.*****After the customer service*************I want to update this after talking with customer service I got a new band, just had to pay for shipping once I got the RMA number. The problem with this are two fold 1) There is a proprietary charging cable that connects to a USB port. I hate proprietary cables, but the first one I got was poorly made, the housing on the male USB was not secured. I had to remove the plastic then pull the cable out of the USB port. It wasn't a deal breaker but under there is never one cockroach theory...not a good sign. With the cable they recommend that you charge the device while you are working at your computer because of the second fault 2) it is super easy to damage it through overcharging. Once the battery gets damaged everything: data, notifications, charge life all fall into the toilet and in my case it was a race to see what would happen first - would I get past all the customer service barriers or would the smartband stop working completely. As far as the cascade of failures, the sleep track stopped working, then I noticed that a charge would last 4 days then 3 days, then it wouldn't really send me notifications for calls and texts, then the steps were all messed up. It simply became easier not to use it because all the data was questionable (which was a secondary purpose for me) and the primary of not being able to get haptic feedback on my wrist was absent.Overall I still like the idea of wearables, but I think I will pay a bit more to find something more robust. Also in full disclosure the second time the band failed I decided it was not worth the hassle to go through customer service.
