He wanted me to start off nearly horizontal, and each week, adjust the very easy Inversion Angle Knob, and each week, I increased the inversion angle, finally arriving at full inversion. Doing the process slowly, is also a great way for your ankles to get used to being held and supporting your body weight. I have read reviews of some customers complaining of the ankle system being uncomfortable ! Well, for me, by the time I progressed to full inversion, I felt like I was being very well secured, and had no discomfort. My Dr just prescribed daily to start and then weekly for L5 damage but said NEVER go past 45 degrees.
