A: Can’t help with that one , I thought the key was stuck on the outside

A: The DH12 temperature range is between 3-10°C.

The cooler itself is great. temperature control is amazing. Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because of the glass door. the hinges are loose and it just doesnt sit straight when shut. Other then that i can highly recommend it, I may have just got a slightly defected one.
