It was covered with very tiny particles of paint. I used Meguiar’s Clay Surface Clay Kit to remove all the paint particles. It was very easy to apply and the result was fantastic. The surface was clean, but not slick - a polishing cloth would not slide easily over the surface. However, once I had completed the job by waxing, the surface was wonderfully slick.
