Then I pour the first liter of boiling water into the jar with the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. While that’s steeping I get another liter of water boiling. Then I strain the tea that’s been steeping into the jar with the honey and vanilla. And then I pour the second liter of boiling water into the tea leaves and let that steep for 5 minutes. Strain that into the other jar, stir well, leave out until it gets to room temperature and then refrigerate. Delicious iced chais anytime you want! I usually do 2/3 concentrate to 1/3 whole milk and sometimes a dash of cinnamon.
