I have the 53 and I store my D850 with battery grip, my D500 with grip and all my lenses (Nikkor 200-500, 105 macro, 50 f1.8, 10-20, Tamron 70-200, 24-70, 18-400, and Kenko 1.4 TC). Also in the bag are my flash unit, remote shutter release, extra batteries and chargers, and extra memory cards. **Q: Will this fit on an airline carryon** A: Yes that is what I have done. It works well.
