Runs Large. Thick hemming.
Many reviews mention the hooks being too big & they are fairly large. However, it's an extremely simple issue to deal with. If they were too small THAT would be an actual PROBLEM. (An easy, fast, cheap remedy could be a small strip of velcro instead of or in addition to the hooks)The REAL PROBLEM with these (clever in theory) covers/pockets is the HUGE hem/edges. No matter what you try... the exact size, a size up (loose fit), or a size down (snug fit)... that massively thick hemming is a CONSTANT problem! I mean, if you wear fairly supportive, semi padded bras that are certain to conceal any wrinkles, lumps, & bunching then you'll probably be fine (comfortable) with a size smaller than you'd normally buy for your form/insert. A snug fit will allow you to sort of fold/flip that thick hemming over the sizes. Thus, avoiding (hopefully) any rubbing & skin irritation. (That goes for those post-op as well as those using breast forms for strictly cosmetic, non-medical reasons)If you're regular bra style is more like the minimal support, zero padding, wire free... comfortable, stretch, loose fit, almost sports/yoga bra... which is what I wear... then ordering a snug (size down) fitting set is not very likely to solve the problem. It might solve it... but it will certainly require more attention & effort throughout your day as you're constantly going to be adjusting them.Possible solution for the hem: folding it under & sewing it to the underside & maybe slapping an additional piece of fabric over the back to raise the comfort level. I'm considering doing just that... but with fabric glue because I don't have the dexterity to sew even with a machine. Also, it's just easier to use fabric glue. Lol.《☆》GREAT HACK/ALTERNATIVE《☆》Stocking nylon socks, peds, or even certain styles of wig caps can make for a FANTASTIC protective cover &/or homemade pocket insert. You can get crafty & make your own hook/attaching tool... or you can simply cut & fashion the tops into ties/strings that you can then just tie around your bra straps. Just be sure to cut the pieces into thin enough straps & make sure that the tied part is directed behind the bra straps... & it'll be perfectly undetectable... as well as being comfortable. (At least, as comfortable as you're going to get using breast forms/inserts. Lol)

Amazing
These hold really well. They are very comfortable. I was able to put my silicone prosthetic size d inside and it didn't come out.

Small
I used these pockets with size A cup breast forms and they were a very snug fit... Almost didn't fit. The design is a bit long at the claps didn't work very well with the bras I tried. But maybe it's for a different style of bra? Was excited at the idea of them making my breast forms more universal... Little let down.

Stretches to hold any size
I bought a few different size silicone breasts because I wasn't sure which one would match perfectly and this holds all of them. It's also comfortable and easy to wash.

Good but not great. Needs more details on product.
Doesn’t fit well for small straps and the silicone breast got doesn’t fit. Need some way to keep it closed so implant doesn’t fall out, and for thin straps the hook on this product is huge.

Good idea, doesnt work on some bras
This would be very helpful for those of us who wear a prosthetic in our bra to hold it in place except the part that hooks to the bra strap doesnt fit wider straps. It would have to be pinned to keep it in place which kind of defeats the purpose of having the hook to begin with. I would give this a 4 or 5 star rating if the hook was larger.

So close...
What a great idea! Hanging pockets for breast forms to turn any bra into a pocket bra.I have D cup forms and they fit in the pockets well. Two problems though: First, the opening for the breast form is on the side of the hanging pocket. There is a small easy to miss flap that helps, but the forms slip out easily.Second problem is that the clip that attaches to the bra strap is too small. The pockets fall off easily. So these are usable for not too vigorous movement. Side movement easily has them pop out or fall off. This could be a great product with a little work.
