Has a moldy smell now (had for about 3 years). We tried cleaning just the case but it didn’t help much.** A: We do have the following cleaning instructions for you. First, wash the outer cover. Zip it off the Yogibo, then zip it back up and machine wash cold, with mild detergent separately or with like colors. Then machine tumble dry until totally dry. Next, you'll want to do a deep cleaning of the inner liner. You can rinse down the inner liner of the Yogibo outside (weather permitting) or in the shower in necessary. Then, the most important part is to totally dry it- including rotating and shaking it around during the drying process. We also recommend applying a small box fan to speed up the drying. The drying process is still fairly extensive and will take at least a few days to get completely dry! Be careful to not snag the inner liner on any sharp objects during this process. For any noticeable spots on the inner liner, you can spray a diluted bleach/water solution onto the stain area and then dry. **Q: How do you open the inner liner to replace or remove the beads in the yogibo midi?** A: There is a zipper **Q: what is the mm size of the beans?** A: Hello!
