After having some amazon problems I was finally able to download the rest of the books at no fault of the author. There was a lot of different things going on at once so you really had to keep reading and remember who went with what group but it was really good. Highly recommend reading this series. I will be reading more from Lexy Timms! Great author!

I had heart palpitations throughout the book. What a fantastic MC story. All the drama was so worth it. The good guys did win in the end. Thank you Lexi Timms for a great story

I think this is Lexy Timms best series of books she has written. I enjoy reading about Luke and Emily love story. Love all the twisted turns of this story, it kinda had the feel of show S.O.A. It's a good book to read.

I liked the story but found it confusing to follow the various storylines for the characters. I would l dread this author again.

Emily and Luke, the protagonists of this series, are some of the most immediately likable characters you'll ever meet. This story is really down-to-earth, in a way that's extremely relatable. I'm not a fan of plots that hinge on artificially constructed tension, and there's none of that here. Emily has a bunch of things go wrong in her life right in the beginning, and they're all enragingly mundane. She's trying to toe the line as a young adult negotiating the fall out of her high-pressure upbringing in the context of a thankless job and a toxic relationship. Her high school sweetheart was the only guy she ever felt really wonderfully herself around, and that relationship ended due to an accident and the deep disapproval of her family. It's stressful but also a relief to watch her life fall apart, these years later, as it's a life that clearly makes her so unhappy.Things get kind of wild and wooly than as she increasingly re-aligns with her own instincts, triggering a flurry of judgement and passive aggression on the part of her family and acquaintances. Emily's cat and her elderly, feminist landlady are two rays of sunshine, in the storm. Luke, Emily's old flame, re-emerges in her life as an older, wiser, very steady man, but unfortunately on the brink of a great deal of legal complexity and gang tensions, thanks to his family's roots in crime and his motorcycle club's involvement in drug trafficking.It's difficult for Luke and Emily, whose re-connection is so new and fragile, to know whether they're stronger together or simply dragging one another down, and it's with heartfelt joy the reader sees them emerge into a new willingness to face their struggles together, ultimately. The sexual chemistry between Luke and Emily is frankly beautiful, because it's so real, so fraught with nostalgia and uncertainty and hope. A series of dream sequences implies the pair to be connected on more than just the physical plane, and the overall story is one of compelling sweetness. This series is a favorite for me.

A really great book that will particularly appeal to bikers and those who love an unusual, off beat romance. Well written and well edited, good pace and well developed characters.

A whole series under one cover, six stories of bad boys & hot biker's is just what you need for a long weekend break from work or study. You'll find yourself wishing you were there with these men who live & love the only way they know how - hard!
