It’s been a while since I’ve been drinking it and I’ve seen results however I feel if I was being more consistent my results would’ve been way better Review: Tasty, effective mixable - I’ve been using this for years as a health tonic. I can mix it with a multitude of drinks: water, juice, coconut water, fresh juiced veggies… all taste good and add health benefits. This may be TMI but be aware, it can turn the bathroom results very green.
