OK OK, YOU CAN WARM them up, er no Honey needs a lot of heat to return to its runny status, Ive taken to microwave and rest and it's laborious. I have these on repeat but if this 3rd batch come crystallised I will cancel and make a formal request of Amazon to check. After all what's the point !
