The ear loop straps are adjustable and fit behind the ears, and like most all masks with ear loops they are annoying and begin to hurt your ears after a few hours. It helps that these are adjustable, but the problem remains unless you use a separate tie to pull the ear loops off your ears and behind your head. It would be very useful if this manufacturer (and others) would make longer tie behind the head straps (not just ear loops) which would help alleviate ear pain for those of us who have to wear masks for 8-10 hrs a day.
