**Q: Is this touch screen?**
A: This one is not a touchscreen

**Q: Is it possible to order this computer with an European Electric outlet?**
A: Not in the US.  However, the solution is incredibly simple.  The Ac adapter that comes with the computer is universal.  It supports both 110-120 and 220-230 voltage systems used in Europe.  The power cord that connects the AC adapter to the electric outlet in the wall is detachable.  it uses a so-called infinity loop connection.  Basically, all you have to get is the electric cord with a plug that works in your country (European plugs are not the same, the differ in some countries).  For example, here is the most popular cord that European customers get: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DQ6RM0K.  You can also find it at a local electronics store in your country.

**Q: Hi, the display specs say 1920 x 1080, but in you answers you clarify it is 2560x1440. This is correct?**
A: For the model (20QD0007US) that we have, the display resolution is:
14" WQHD (2560x1440) IPS 300nits Anti-glare
Linux is being run on this PC and it reports this resolution.
