The backpack is very well made and comfy. I used it for the first time on a long, strenuous hike and it was perfect. It was packed and heavy, but i didn’t feel any discomfort and it even stayed in place while bolder hopping and climbing during the hike. Thank you for a spacious, well made, comfy backpack.

Need to return strap in front broke within days while hiking in Europe. Big problem. Will submit pictures video soon

Just received this pack and couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve never bought a pack without trying it on so I was really nervous about the fit plus I had never owned this brand either. The adjustable frame let me move it to medium which is perfect for my 19” torso. The lumbar support is something I’ve not seen as I’ve been traveling with the same old pack for 10 years! What a great idea and so cushy. The pack is roomy and the bottom entry is handy for sleeping bag storage/removal. It has excellent ventilation and the hip belt and shoulder straps are well padded and built for a woman’s frame. I see no flaws whatsoever. Love it, get it!🙂Just returned from walking the Camino Frances. The sternum strap broke the third day and the same happened to my travel partner with the same pack on the second day. Obviously a manufacturer defect. We had to use scarves across the sternum for 500 walking miles. Not happy Gregory. Fix it!
