Great flavor, great heat, best alternative if you can't get fresh, dried red chili pods from Hatch, New Mexico

It is hard to find a great New Mexico Chile powder and I’m glad I too a chance on this one. A lot of the time it’s not hot enough, or it has the heat and no flavor. This is perfect for my buffalo chile.

If you’ve ever had NM Hatch Red Chile Powder before then you’ll agree this product is the real deal. I like my Chile really hot and while it’s not at the heat level I like, it’s better than any other NM Hatch Powder Chile I’ve found online to date. I will definitely buy again.

My wife uses it to make lots of Mexican dishes. Even though it's powder she is happy with the results.
