**Q: Does it help the body? Is the effect of improving low back pain obvious?**
A: The effects are very real. It helps significantly while you are wearing it. I usually use it when I have many chores to do or there is lots of standing or moving around. I have no pain while using it. If I didn’t use it I would be very limited in my abilities and have to take many sitting breaks.

A: This didn’t do the job for me, but everyone’s issue is different. I found it difficult to put on tight enough without help from my wife. I have lower back pain and it did not help that or my posture.

A: I don't have an answer. I do know the item is adjustable--and easily returned for another size. Great for back pain and posture.
