A: My 16 oz Yeti fits on the shelf, but my 20 oz stainless cup does not - but it is easy enough to hold it and tip it a bit.

A: I think you are meaning "drum" not drugs and no, there are no drums included.

A: If it allows you and within a time frame, you can buy the insurance from Amazon. And I highly recommend one for these types of purchases.

**Q: Just purchased the unit a few days ago and despite making sure the button for hot water is ON, it still does not dispense any hot water at all! Why??**

### ⭐ Very prone to water pump malfunction!!!

I bought this in July 2024. It looked and worked great for the first two months. Then the water pump broke. I contacted Igloo warranty, and they sent me a replacement in about a week. Then the water pump broke AGAIN about a month later. The warranty technician stated that this was a very common issue. I ended up buying an equivalent Brio instead (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T6C64BX?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1), which has been working for 1 year and 3 months and counting. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!!
