On the wall it looks fine, when used the click of the switch is too loud

Looks great. Note the very shallow depth of front face, I hadn’t noticed that, it fitted fine and looks good.

I bought this to replace a plastic switch in my refurbished hallway, nice quality and my son installed it without any problems

Good product but quite expensive and I used a qualified electrician to install it.

I bought this item at the beginning of the year and the lights kept flickering so badly that the electrician told me when he came to look at this that it is the dimmer switch and i needed to buy a new one.I bought a second dimmer switch which was exactly the same as the other. I was charged by the electrician to install it and there was slight flickering but was told to keep an eye on it due to there being something at the back that he maybe able to adjust depending if it continued as it seems to settle down when warmed up. It was nothing to do with my electrics. It continued to happen so an electrician came out again to look at this again having to pay the electrician to have a look. He messed with the back and it slightly improved so left the switch connected. However this kept happening. I contacted Amazon who told me the couldn't refund without the old being sent back. I was not prepared to call out the electrician again at my expense. So far having spent £150 for a light switch costing £28. Amazon were terrible to deal with in this matter.
