This is the tastiest fake meat you will ever try. I'm so creeped out by fake meat when it's bad. Sometimes it doesn't feel worth the trauma. But it is so worth it this time. Trust me on this. I've been a vegetarian my whole adult life, and it can be tiring having nothing but tofu and wheat gluten as meat substitutes. Just like carnivores have to rely upon chicken or beef as a staple base meat, we vegetarians tend to make everything with one or two fake meats. Well, these Quorn cubes are great because they add another texture to the mix. They don't have much flavor, but that's the point: They take on the flavor of whatever you are cooking them with. I use them in stir fry, and they take on the flavor of the sauce nicely. I think of all the Quorn products, these are the most versatile, but check out their chicken nuggets and filets because those are good too.
