The media could not be loaded. It turned out really well! Just make sure your pictures are exactly centered. Mine was just a little down and to the left, but they still did a great job with it!

It came and I looked at it before she did, it's perfect, and she loved it.Personally, I wished I could've seen an example of the pic I chose, only because it's really close up,... if the picture I chose was took at a little farther away then I could've seen the whole image without ha ING to tilt the necklace to see the whole thing., but that's it, other than that it doesn't feel cheap, it's pretty weighted,... picture turned out perfect! (Maybe a tidbit fuzzy on smaller images like a person's face if you have someone in the background of the shot).I CONSIDER IT A WIN IN MY BOOK, and I will definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a pic of their pet in a keepsake!

First off the customer service was AMAZING! I had a problem with my first necklace and they worked with me and took the time to make sure I got what I needed for the second one. And the second one was phenomenal! I couldn't thank them enough!

Worried at first
My daughter purchased this for her aunt, it took some time to get here which was understandable. My daughter was worried that Maxes picture was not going to be there so when she looked in he was there clear as day!!! Thank you
