My wig head (like a mannequin) is the size of my head so I am trying to put the grip on it and see if it will stretch. So far it has not. I have a 24" circumference. I think the ad said it easily stretched and that it would fit up to 23.5. It fits my head but it is really tight. I wear it to special occasions where I absolutely don't want it to fall off.
