A 21 is still too large** A: Freemie offers an OEM insert for their collection cups down as small as 15 mm, although price is considerably more than Maymom. **Q: how often should cushions be replaced?** A: I personally didn’t replace them unless they tore because I washed them after every use **Q: Does this fit the elvie stride?** A: Yes it does.
