They don’t accidentally open and yet you can squeeze them with one hand on either side and the lid pops off easily. Ingenious design! I use the small ones for taking pills and supplements with me or keeping anything very tiny from getting lost. The medium and large sizes I use for vitamin gummies, hair ties, screws and various smaller parts etc. Very versatile! I just wish they came in more variety of colors since I tend to use color for categorizing things easily but the colors they already come in are nice. You can write what’s inside with a small permanent marker on the edge under the cap but eventually sometimes the label rubs off. I haven’t tried putting anything like lotion or ointment in them so can’t say whether they would hold something like that.

Love these containers: just a gentle squeeze on the sides, and it pops open ! The middle - sized variety I bought here is great for storing an 18“ smartwatch cable. I haven't tested it for water - tightness, but I don't need it for that purpose. This is my first time buying them here on Amazon, and they are just as I had bought them before retail. Just as expected; I’d buy them again !
