I applied per instructions and really did not see any noticeable improvement in my lawn. I have st augustine grass in central florida and applied multiple times with dusappointing results.

Unfortunately it did not work in Central Florida. Tried on a separate part of my yard and after a while it looked actually worse than the rest of my yard. I understand many other people had better luck. This product is not cheap at all so they should at least say something about the region/type of soil where it's not recommended.
