There is a textured and smooth side to the wipes. Use the smooth side and wipe away. **Q: Is this mostly for tennis shoes or any kind of shoe? Mostly looking to clean my boots. Suede, velvet, etc** A: This is to clean shoes, tennis shoes only. I have my white leather tennis shoes, Gucci, Fendi and Ferragamo. Don’t know about other fabrics. I normally spray my shoes that aren’t leather with a suede spray for shoes. **Q: Will this work on sneakers like Vapormax Flyknits?** A: Yes they will. You just have to take your time and really scrub, depending how dirty they are.
