Look at your exp. date mines good till next year, If you don't do to many cakes I recommend getting a smaller bottle this is the large but blue is used a lot if you do cakes, you can make it darker or lighter by adding less or more no need to buy other blue colors just use a color wheel to know which ones to mix. Same color paste as most bakeries use. Can be used to color fondant. Great price for big bottle I was spending more going to the store and getting the little wilton container, and you get it delivered on time.
