This product was recommended by my coworker. I was looking for something extra that would help my body with this hormonal change I m having. It is exactly what was looking for. I m just taking one pill every day. I will take the same dosage. I m very satisfied. I ordered it and they send was a so speedy. I really like it. I will order it again for sure.

I was having very odd symptoms and found out (by blood work) that I have been in menopause. I would have an adverse reaction to each medicine my doctors would prescribe so I started researching natural remedies online. This product is the only thing I have found that helped with weird menopause symptoms. By weird, I mean: vibration sensations inside my body, dizziness, muscle aches, fatigue, itchiness, skin blemishes, strange headaches that lasted for days, hair being dry and breaking off, flushing and the occasional night sweat and hot flash. The dosage that works best for me is one pill every other day (I am petite). I did try the formula specifically for menopause by this same brand but it did not work for me even though most of the ingredients are the same with the exception of the DIM. I will stick with this from now on.

This is an excellent product! There's no interaction with hormone pellets, or otherwise. I've taken it peri-menopausal, menopausal, now post menopausal. I had to cancel my order, midstream due to financial hardship. Yet, there was no issue receiving credit fort the full amount. But, I will be back!

This is the first natural product that I’ve had success with to control my hot flashes. They aren’t completely gone but reduced dramatically. I would typically have several “flashes” per hour. Now, I have 4 or 5 mild “flushes” a day. I do have some night time flashes, but again, reduced dramatically. I have settled on taking 3 capsules in the morning and 3 before I go to bed. This is probably a great product but I wish I'd been warned about the potential for migraine headaches! I was extremely ill for a few days after taking just one of these. When I reported that to my doctor (who hadn't recommended the supplement to me) she said anyone who gets regular menstrual related migraines will probably not react well to Maca. Now I'm taking PhytoB instead and it's helping with all the symptoms I was trying to resolve.

I only take 1 a day and I am already noticing a balance in my hormones! I have entirely TOO MUCH estrogen and am considered a severe case of hormonal imbalance. This product has saved me. The GAPS diet is also helping :)

Although it arrived on time. I've attached a picture to show how the info of the product is not visible. If I try to remove the sticker, I'll lose any written info. Can't see all the engredients or what the value of each one is. Stop hiding the labels!
