Non-standard tip size - won't fit into medication bottles
This brand's syringes are USELESS for extracting medication from the bottle.I have used 5 other brands of 1 ml syringe, for taking medicine. For all of them, the syringe "tip" fit into the plastic insert in the top of medicine bottles, so you could easily: 1) put the tip of syringe into the hole in the plastic insert; 2) tilt the medicine bottle so the medicine flows to the mouth of the bottle 3) draw the medicine up through the tip of the syringe to get your dose.The tip of these syringes is a non-standard size. It is too big to fit into the insert in medicine bottles, so there is no way to draw the medicine up into the syringe. Therefore, they are useless.I will probably be donating these to our local hospice 'thrift store', with a big note on the box, that they are a non-standard size. Very frustrating.

Convenient for use with cannabidiol oil dosing
Family member uses the cannabidiol oil, as recommended by his neurologist, for seizures and behavioral issues. The CBD oil comes in a 100ml bottle and his dose is 1ml. The oil is messy and stinky (imagine dried oregano in oil, except wayyyyyy heavier smell) so I like to draw up about a week’s worth of doses, bag them, and place them in a dark drawer. When I grab a spoon to feed him, I grab a syringe dosage of his CBD (he takes it with food). Quick and easy; the cap is why I bought this product. No disgusting drips (one drop of this stuff on your skin and you like never wash the stench off. [Clearly I do not find the smell of oregano oil in any way pleasant or palatable - lol]).

Don't fit compounded med bottles for pets
The syringes are fine, but I bought them to use in the bottles I get my cat medications compounded in. They have a small hole to fit a syringe into to draw up the medication. The ones I previously bought were too small so a lot of medication is lost to leakage. These are larger than the hole, so they can't be used at all. Sadly, I have yet to find the ones that are "just right". Maybe some bears can help...

Just what I wanted ! Same mono jet non needle syringes that the vet gives, but now I have a box of 100 instead of the 3 that the vet gives .
