The links are really small and the title says it all. It doesn't click. The material is too soft and it doesn't make any noise or have any crunch. It's just an expensive plastic necklace that does nothing. I do not recommend.

I have been walking with a crutch for the past 6 years, My sciatic nerve is torn down the entire length of my right leg. The pressure from the crutch in my hand ruptured the tendon in my right hand between my right thumb and index finger in March of 2013. I had to have surgery to repair the tendon and remove a cyst that formed in the damaged tissue. My surgery was July 3rd, and physical therapy started 16 days after.I have been using my 70 piece Twiddle for physical therapy to rebuild my hand and wrist muscles.I re-ruptured the same tendon and can't use my thumb until after my 2nd surgery, in 2 weeks. I ordered the Mega Twiddle (glow) to rebuild my muscles for a 2nd time. Out of all of the methods of physical therapy I have to do, I find Twiddle to be the easiest, and the most fun. It goes by so fast because I actually have fun with it.
