I use it for vocals for a bit of fun and I'm really enjoying it. Also, the microphone comes with shock mount and nicely packaged in a beautiful little box, which you can take around with you if you want to use it in different locations.

**Q: What kind of stand do I need for this Mic?**
A: Any standard mic stand will work.

**Q: Does this mic require phantom power? If so, how do I purchase, and how much is it? Thank you!**
A: It does require phantom power.  Some mixers have that built in.  For what it's worth, it's a GREAT sounding Mic.  In my opinion it sounds better than the RE-20 for a lot less money.

**Q: What kind of cable is included, length and connection type?**
A: Cable is not included.

**Q: how sensitive is this microphone 20 mv/pa ? i'm interested mostly in voice over and if i can put the microphone 2 feet away and still be heard.**
A: I use it as my primary mic for making YouTube videos. It is mounted from an overhead boom, angled at my mouth at a distance of about 3 feet. It is cables into a Tascam DR40x portable recorder. The sound is great. This is a very versatile and sturdy compressor mic with nice warm sound.
