Well its a very convenient way to take such a good mushroom. And i think it takes the edge off my anxiety. Thanks i find its better for me to take 1 cap one to three times daily than to take 2 at a time. I hope this helps you too.

I wanted this to enhance my immune system function due to the Covid virus. I have not caught the virus yet, so maybe it worked. The capsules are easy to take, with little or no flavor. I'm satisfied with the apparent quality, packaging etc.

Couldnt be co.fortable without them. Reishi mushrooms help my asthma and buffer the symptoms so they are livable. Helps you through the rough spots.
