If you want to know if this works for you, go to the store, get a stress ball squeeze it a minute, tgen go to to section, fiddle with legos, if you feel more relaxed with just the ball...this might stress you out, if you fekt more relaxed tinkering, this will work for you. If the bith helped, it will work for you but be sure to get a magnetic one since you probably will "squeeze" it during anxiety and magnetic ones have more resistance and durability. For me, they only work to relieve stress when i can toss it at the idiot causing it.........but do pretty good for distracting during anxiety causing events like elevators or dentist. **Q: Is this cube supposed to have loose joints?
