Why?** A: Amazon just doesn't get that insulin pen needles are not considered hypodermic needles which my pharmacist laughed at as pen needles are not included in some state statutes on hypodermic needles being available online. Pen needles are an exemption in these statutes as they are only used with diabetic pen needles to save our lives. Why Amazon did not investigate this fact is the question.
