I get UTIs like it’s my job. Anyone who suffers from recurrent UTIs knows the struggle is painfully real. Prior to Cystex I would spend countless nights sitting on the bathroom floor, losing my mind unable to sleep, watching the clock and waiting for my doctors office to open so I could go get antibiotics (because the infections always strike at night and usually on a weekend or holiday, whenever would be most inconvenient) and then I would have to take antibiotics for a week and those come with their own set of issues.Then I found Cystex. I don’t leave the house without it. It takes away the urgency/discomfort within an hour, making the hours between the onset of the infection and getting antibiotics almost painless. In particularly dire situations I will use both Cystex and AZO/Uristat.Even better than alleviating symptoms is how Cystex can prevent infection altogether. When I engage in activities that tend to trigger a UTI, or when I am going to be somewhere I won’t be able to use the bathroom, or if I’m on a long car ride, spending the day at the beach in a wet swimsuit, etc etc I take a half dose of Cystex as a preventative measure and it works like a charm. Unlike AZO, Cystex has antimicrobial properties that won’t cure a full blown UTI but can definitely stop one in its early stages. Anyone who gets UTIs should keep a stock of this stuff in their bathroom cabinet. And car. And purse. Seriously.

I have Interstitial cystitis (chronic bladder pain) - this and Uricalm Max (Phenazopyridine) are the only two medications that help. Urologist prescribed expensive Emiron and Oxybutinin, which only made me sleepy. Mannose didn't work at all. My advice to those suffering from IC - try these two over the counter products and avoid any beverages with Citric Acid.

Speaking seriously about this product, I believe is the best in the market for the UTI. This is the only product that I have taken that I don’t have to take antibiotics. I do recommend it 100%. It has worked for me.

Let me start by saying I am only 30 years old and for the past 6-8 months I been getting reocurring utis. I’ve gone to countless of doctors and antibiotics after anbitotics after antibiotics. Cultures here cultures there. After every antibiotic use for the last 3-4 of them I’ve gotten yeast infections. Every time now I use antibiotics I get yeast infections. Doctors can’t seem to explain I’ve tried everything. D mannose, pure cranberry juice, gallons of water a day, etc etc etc….. the only thing that’s worked for me is this. Ok hear me out- when ever I have an issue I do extensive research. And a came across an research from a urologist and how to fix or combat reocurring utis. And that’s with Methenamine with antibiotics along with other stuff. Cyst ex has methnamine. But it says to drink for three days. I’ve been drinking this the whole course of my antibiotics and this time I feel a relief. In two days I felt like it was gone. I take a course of other things but that’s too much to explain. But overall yes this stuff is amazing and I can’t and won’t live without it. I've used this product for the last two UTI's, I suffer of recurrent postcoital uti. This saved me from taking more rounds of antibiotics, usually I get prescriped macrobid. Took this at the first signs of uti, went to the doctor the next day and the urine culture came back negative twice. I take it 3 times a day for 3-5 days and the infection is gone. Now I never run out if this product.

I use this medication for initestitial cystitis a very painful bladder condition. It has changed my life in the best way. I no longer have to worry about bright orange urine because this medication works as good or better than AZO with clear urine.
