## Description

3.0 Set (1.5 each egg) Hand Dumbbell Sets for Men and Women, Handheld Free Weights for Kickboxing, Shadow Boxing, Yoga, and More (3 pounds - 1.5 pounds each) - Egg Weights - next generation dumbbell

## Features

- Be your own coach: For fitness enthusiasts and beginners, there is nothing like taking control of your own cardio and weightlifting routines. With these small portable weights in each hand, you can add a new element to your workout routines based on what's best for you and your personal needs and preferences. And you don't have to trust a trainer or a high-quality machine.
- Vary Your Workout: While most workouts involve cardiovascular elements or bodybuilding, you can take a new spin on things with these miniature hand weights. Combine Cardiovascular Training and Endurance Flex your creative muscles and use them during a kick or shadow boxing session, during yoga, or even while you walk the dogs to supercharge each workout.
- Physiotherapy: Egg weights help rebuild muscle mass from injuries or diseases. If you are suffering from a degenerative muscle disease such as Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, stroke or physical accident, Egg Weights work to rebuild muscle memory and strength with the natural fluid movement of your body. Also, our patented handles hold the weight by hand during use so that there is less risk of injury due to the weights falling.
- MAKE IT MOBILE: Unlike other free weights or a heavy ball that is hard to take to the gym or exercise area at home, these small hand weights are a great way to incorporate resistance training into any exercise, from boxing, running, or walking. Egg Weights work with your body's natural walking or hiking gait and are small, so people will hardly notice that you are working out your upper body while maximizing your walk, run, or hike.
- CONVENIENT SIZE & SHAPE: Egg weights are made of dense metals that keep the weight small and compact inside your hand. Each set includes 2 dense weights. Unlike traditional dumbbells that exceed the circumference of your hand or heavy gloves that become larger and bulky as the weight increases, Egg Weights fit comfortably in your hand and do not impede the natural fluid movement during exercise to maintain your muscle tone.
