Pretty simple. I had an electronic gadget with no case which I wanted protect. I did some measurements, scanned a bunch of listings, and ended up buying this one. It is nicely lined, and has a security strap and a small pocket for storing things like wires. The zipper seems very sturdy. Nice case.Over the years I've purchased various cases for keyboards, computer gadgets and musical electronics. One thing I do wish the case manufacturers had was an Amazon page or a web page with the outer and inner dimensions, in order to scan and find the right size, without opening up dozens of listings. This would make it MUCH easier to find the right size case.

Several previous reviews mentioned these cases had a bad cigarette smell. If it was a problem before it seems to be gone now. There is faint plastic smell but a nothing overpowering that a spray of your favorite deodorizer can't handle.The large case is a little snug on the sides of the newer wider Gear VR units, but not unreasonably so. This is a great travel case that I use for my Samsung VR headset. The travel case as well built and well-designed. The only problem that I have with it is that it will smell for a few weeks. Of course, I knew about this problem before I purchased the product by reading these Amazon reviews. But, it's been a few weeks since I purchased this product and I am extremely happy with it and the smell is now gone. I don't know what type of chemicals they are using in the manufacturing process but they should probably change them so it doesn't smell when you first get it.

This case is large enough for my Samsung Gear VR and my controller in the main area, and I can put a charging cable and ear buds in the net part with room left over. It closes just fine with or without using the straps. It's a sturdy case, I mean not a Pro Road Case or something like that, but for protecting my equipment and keeping it in one place both at home and in a suitcase it is perfectly adequate. The zipper is a bit stiff, but I'm sure it will ease up with use.

I bought this to store Hearing and eye protection. They are perfect size for one set of headphones and a set of safety glasses. There is also room to spare for manuals and a set of spare batteries.It does have a slight smell from the foam and glue but I will leave it open for a few days to air out. The smell is not very strong and does not bother me.

just like nearly everyone else wrote, the product literally STINKS! Is a shame though, as it is well constructed and the price is also decent!

Works for my game

The case is large enough to fit the Samsung Gear VR, over-the-ear headphones (I had a pair of Bose headphones in it), a POWER A MOGA Hero Power - Electronic Games controller, charger, and micro fiber cloth. With enough finagling, I'm sure I could fit a full-size (like, Xbox One/PS4-sized) controller as well. The case is a hard-shell, good enough for a drop from table height. I've loaded everything up and given it a shake, and the contents seem relatively secure. I'm glad I bought it!
