Great product. The bottles were larger than I thought. I live with chronic pain and regularly take medication for this severe discomfort. However sometimes the pain is just so high that taking the wild lettuce extract is sufficient to bring down my pain level one or two points (on a scale from 1 to 10 my average pain is seven or eight).If you lived with chronic pain, or any pain, I highly suggest wild lettuce in conjunction with white willow and Serenity Hemp oil. Side note: my system can be quite sensitive and if I take all of these together on empty stomach it puts me to sleep. This is nice in the evening, but in the daytime when I want to be alert I make sure I eat first and then take them 30 minutes apart or so.So far, nothing cures the pain completely, but these extracts especially the wild lettuce taken regularly and even several times a day does help to lower the pain enough to help me keep moving. My days are slow and everything hurts, even showering. So I do notice when something helps, even a little. And even a "little" is wonderful!! The benefit, in addition to having less pain is that with lowered pain levels comes higher concentration levels. I would highly recommend this product. You might be interested to know that this brand in particular has a sweet flavor. It is not hard to squeeze under the tongue and leave for a few seconds and then swallow with a little water or juice. Add the Hemp oil under there too and you'll do your body good, and your brain will feel a little peace. No, it's not a "miracle cure" for anything and I am not getting any benefit for sharing this, nor have I been sent any free products!! This is just SHARING the following product has helped my life for the better. Please try a vitamin/mineral powder called INOSITOL. Jarrow Formulas Inositol Powder, Supports Liver Function, 600 mg, 8 oz -- You can mix it in a little water, it has no taste. I have struggle for the last four years with severe anxiety and anger and emotional episodes that come on suddenly. Some of it has been from trauma, some of it is hormonal. I know I may sound like a commercial but it has improved my life tremendously. My moods do still fluctuate and can be difficult not only on myself but on those around me. Inositol is not a miracle cure, but it is amazing how it calms the nervous system, the brain and even my body. Stacks well with Corydalis, Matrine, Tramadol, Gabapentin, PEA, Saffron, Passionflower and CA Poppy. It seems to elevate the effectiveness of any pain med taken at the same time. I started by only stacking it with my night time pain killers and once I determined its effects, I use it during the day on a regular basis. It is nice to take when you do not want or need to double dose a more potent pain medication. As with all supplements, it is good practice to cycle at least with one week off a month to help maintain liver health.

I deal with a very painful chronic disease called lupus and I have been searching for alternative pain relief for a very long time. I do not like the narcotic pain medication because the opiates are just too easily addictive and horrible for your body so I have been searching for something better for a very long time. I came across this by chance and read as much information as I could about it before ordering. So far I have to say I am not disappointed. Although it does not alleviate all the pain it does however lessen it and make it bearable while still allowing me to be able to function. At first it seems to have worked a lot better but the longer writing taking it the less it seems to be effective. I'm going to continue to use this and see. But so far I do have to say that this may help people with chronic illnesses. I think it will be very effective for people who do not have as much pain as I do. I had my husband try some for his knee pain and lower back pain and it worked amazingly. His pain was gone within minutes of using it and it lasted for a while. So far with him it has not lost its ability to work. So I would highly recommend this for people with moderate To mild pain or discomfort. People with arthritis pain I believe this will be very beneficial. People with sports injuries I will leave this would be very beneficial. I am just unaure about it helping people with chronic pain. I hadn't fully read the information or all reviews, which is on me. I was excited to purchase from a small company. By the name, I assumed I was in US buying US product of a US sourced herb. The plant is obtained from Albania. It DOES grow naturally throughout the US, I do not understand why the company is not obtaining within their country. Freshness depends on how long after a plant is harvested, until is it processed. Is the plant shipped cold to prevent spoilage? Or is the product made then shipped to the company? Is it thoroughly checked for any invasive species, and if any found- is the wildlife sent back safely?I have harvested, and spent time making tincture in my days. This product is very sweet. Not a natural flavor for the herb, which usually tastes like... nature lol much like bitter green weeds. I eat honey, I like sweet. I find this a bit too sweet. I prefer to use the product straight under my tongue and after holding a short time, swallow. For the sweetness, I take a sip of my beverage afterwards. I prefer the natural taste. It is nice for it not to have alcohol in it.

The affordability and the positive reviews gave me a lot of hope, and as someone with back and body pain for decades, I needed a safe alternative to opioids, but I'm disappointed to say the product gave me no relief. I grow wild lettuce in my back yard and chew on the leaves, finding just enough difference in taking the edge off, so I figured the well-produced extract would work much better, but it simply didn't work for me at all. I can deal with a lot of unpleasant tastes, and I've had worse than this, but no, I didn't like the taste. It was like cough syrup. At least the product didn't give me stomach issues.

I swear by this stuff, prefer it to the other couple of brands I have used. I enjoy the taste and just takes enough of the raw jagged edge off the pain to where I can get to sleep.
