I used one right when I got my camper and two times later the jack has an extra two inches of screwing before activation. Impact drivers don't work with a gear so much as hit it in a circle, this causes rapid impacts on the item, this is useful if you are trying to unstick a bolt or unscrew a nut with a spinning bolt, but with a jack it loosens the packing nut that moves the jack down the screw. so now i get to do an extra 10 rotations each way to raise or lower. **Q: How do I contact the manufacturer?
