For the product it does not taste that good to me but that is zinc for you it is just bad tasting. I have noticed that I have to take this product on a full stomach or it really upsets my stomach bad. I have not experienced that with other zinc products but this is also the first liquid zinc product that I have taken. I do not have blood work as other do to confirm that this product is working and is adsorbed correctly but from the taste I have zero doubts it does have a high level of zinc in it. I think this product provides a very good value, is very convenient to use and seems to be dosed properly.
