oothing, Nutritious, and Delicious – High-Quality Lotus Root Powder!
I recently added lotus root powder to my diet, and I am so glad I did. This particular product is absolutely top-notch. Whether you're familiar with traditional Chinese wellness foods or just looking to try something new and nourishing, I highly recommend giving this a try.The powder itself is very fine, smooth, and easy to dissolve. Just a few spoonfuls with hot water and a gentle stir, and it transforms into a warm, jelly-like consistency that’s naturally sweet and incredibly comforting. You can enjoy it plain, or customize it with goji berries, honey, milk, or nuts — it’s delicious either way.I love how it soothes the stomach and feels light yet filling. It’s now my go-to breakfast or mid-afternoon snack, especially on busy days when I want something quick, warm, and easy to digest. It also helps curb sweet cravings without any guilt. From a health perspective, lotus root powder is a wonderful natural food — it's said to support digestion, nourish the lungs, and provide gentle energy. I really feel a difference in how calm and balanced my body feels after having it regularly. The packaging was clean, sealed well, and came with clear instructions (which is great if you’re new to using it). I also appreciate that it has no additives or artificial ingredients — just pure, high-quality lotus root. What surprised me the most is how versatile it is. I’ve used it in desserts, mixed it into porridge, and even added it to smoothies. It adds a silky texture and mild sweetness that blends well with both modern and traditional recipes.Overall, this is a fantastic product — nourishing, naturally tasty, and very comforting. It’s become a staple in my pantry, and I’ve already recommended it to several friends and family members.Five stars from me — this is true comfort food with health benefits!

Decent
The bag is bigger than I expected. It took me awhile to reach the thicker consistency. The directions on the bag say to use 2 spoons per cup but it was very thin and runny. I added 2 more spoons and microwaved it before it became thick. I added sweetener and a little strawberry jam. I really liked it. This is not a fine powder. Its lumpy but if you use super hot water and stir consistently, the lumps go away. I will be trying another brand to see if it’s any different since this is my first time trying.

Bad product
The media could not be loaded. I followed the instructions but it still turned out bad. The taste is like powder and weird. I try to do it a couple of times but it still did not work. I am very disappointed with this product. I need a refund on this product.

Must boil for a while
For the price, you get a good amount. It does make a very nice lotus paste, but requires consistent high heat. There is a nice scent of lotus root paste, but no taste whatsoever. This is not the quick version you pour in steaming hot water and just mix; it literally has to be cooked in boiling water to properly dissolve, and constant stirring is advised to prevent it from condensing at the bottom of the pot and sticking. Since the “powder” is in flakes, you have to keep smearing the flakes, scraping the pot, and stirring it to avoid goo-like clumps with raw powder inside (the powder on the surface of the flakes will be cooked but the sticky later that it forms prevents the inside of the flakes from absorbing water and cooking).

Great!!!
This is my first time trying lotus root powder and so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I thought it was good. I was concerned about it not being finely crushed but it you just mix it with cold water and make sure it’s mostly dissolved then add the hot water, it shouldn’t be a problem. I also found that 2 tablespoons of sugar was enough.
