Got this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it !! Said if it ever quits we’re getting another one .Really easy to use !!

To be honest, it didn’t release my pain. Instead, it brought pain for me. How to describe this pain? You can imagine someone use needle to stab you. I tried several times. My neck always got hurt and red after using this product. After I posted my reviews on social media, not only me had bad feelings about this one. I have another tool which can give me physical massage. That one is much better and less cheaper than this one. I feel disappointed about it then have to return it.

Sorry but I just don't think we should be seeing micro USB anymore. Almost everything I've ever had with a micro USB port has ultimately become inoperable because the micro USB port has become damaged somehow, or no cords could make connections anymore. But anyway, aside from that it seems to work great. I would highly recommend getting familiar with it and reading the instructions as best as you can before using it first. It comes with two little packets, each one with two gel pads to apply to the electrodes. They say you should moisten your neck first, and then, with the gel pads on it, put it on your neck with just the heating on for a few minutes before activating any of the massage modes. I apparently missed that part and even though I turned on the heat, I immediately started one of the massage modes. As a result, the gel pads didn't stay on that well. And so that is the purpose of using heat for a few minutes first, to make the gel pads more adherent to your skin and the electrodes.

Was not satisfied. It did not seem to work as effectively as anticipated.

It is a very nice unit, lightweight without being flimsy. It comes very nicely boxed with a full instruction booklet that was easy for me to understand; as in some manuals, I have had issues understanding some actions? And couldn't locate questions I had within, but this covers all with full disclosure and answers questions far beyond the basics, just in case you need! A USB cord for charging is a smidge short for my personal liking but fully functional in service. Once charged, the fit on my neck was surprisingly spot-on as I expected to have more trouble getting the points directly on where I needed, VERY nice surprise! Before you start or put on actually my fault, as I should have mentioned this before, excuse me...So before you place it on the neck? Take a moist towel and wipe the back area of the neck, not "wet", only damp as I believe it helps the electrodes' connection. I used the first pain level, and now I must mention there are voice commands to enable if you like? It is a great feature, but I have just not had time to engage the feature yet, but of an asset, I'm sure!Additionally, it comes with two (2) sets of gel pads that attach to the electrodes. One is clear and is for beginner's use (as it states in instructions), and the other is dark in color. This is noted for intermediate use to excel the intensity and temp? But again, I have not had time to interact with the use of it yet. I DID put some topical pain relief on the beginner gel pads when used? Helped immensely, but it is very effective without? I just thought I would mention it. It should be beneficial for those with a need for neck relief, and I am looking forward to using all the extras this unit has in use, many features, and will update once used!
