It has salicylic acid which is an acne fighter and you don't want that close to your eyes. Neutrogena makes an under eye circle (Neutrogena 3-in-1 concealer) I would recommend if you want to use a Neutrogena product for that purpose. It still works, but no longer matches fair skin.** A: I understand, have tried to buy this over the counter, through Amazon and others. It is not as light as it was in the 90's! I used it all the time, love it, want the lighter color back! Come on Neutrogena! I want to use your product, but it is turning orange on my face.
