Very happy with this quilt, being all cotton it is light and cool for the tropics, but warm enough for occasional cool mornings! The colours go with everything in our room, a beautiful combination of florals and patterns, and I love the roses in some of the patchwork squares and on the reverse side. I love anything antique, and this quilt has a lot of old world charm. It washes beautifully as well - I washed it on the cold setting in the washing machine before use and the colours are as vibrant as ever. It was quite a bit softer after washing and air drying, and our cat really approves as well! I am so impressed with the workmanship and design of this quilt that I have just ordered the Blooming Prairie for the spare room - they are certainly great value for money and would brighten up any room!
