No hot, sweaty nights — just clean, comfortable sleep. - Cotton Fill That Wicks Moisture: Unlike poly-filled toppers, the 95% cotton fill actively absorbs moisture away from the body, keeping the sleep surface drier and naturally cooler throughout the night. - Cloud Quilting That Stays Put: The 6" cloud quilting pattern locks fill evenly across the pad so it never shifts, clumps, or bunches up. A consistently smooth surface, every night. - Snug-Fit Skirt, No Popping Off: The 15" deep cotton jersey skirt (95% cotton, 5% spandex) stretches securely over mattresses up to 16" deep for a non-slip fit that holds all night. - Machine Washable, One Care Tip: Tumble dry on LOW heat only. As with all 100% cotton products, high heat can cause shrinkage and affect fit. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, free from harmful substances and safe for all skin types. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Age Range Description | Adult | | Asin | B011KYOYN8 | | Best Sellers Rank | #26,600 in Home & Kitchen (See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen) #35 in Mattress Pads | | Brand Name | Sleep Philosophy | | Closure Type | Pull On | | Color | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (2,148) 4.2 out of 5 stars | | Fabric Type | Shell: 100% Cotton Percale Face and Reverse, 6" Cloud Multi-quilting Filling: 95% Cotton, 4% Polyester, 1% Olefin | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00675716663445 | | Included Components | 1 mattress pad | | Item Display Dimensions | 80 x 60 x 12 inches | | Item Highlight | Quilted Fitted Pocket Up to 16", Classic Cloud Quilted, Breathable Mattress Topper Bed Cover OEKO-TEX, Machine Washable | | Item Type Name | Mattress Topper/Mattress Pad | | Item Weight | 5 pounds | | Manufacturer | E&E Co. However, this is FAR more breathable organic material than any other mattress pad currently on Amazon unless you spend >3 times this amount. And keep in mind that if even the sides were 100% cotton, it wouldn't function like you expect a mattress pad to work because cotton is in no way elastic. If you want it to fit tightly to your mattress, it CAN'T be 100% cotton throughout. That would just be a blanket. Most people care about the top, filling, & bottom layers, not the elastic sides, since your body doesn't touch the elastic sides. Also keep in mind you don't get any waterproofing from 100% cotton. And keep in mind loose cotton fill in the sewed pockets will wad up when you wash it, just as many of the reviews point out here. There's your proof it is actually very high cotton content. If you don't care about waterproofing and only want the most breathable mattress pad possible, the ideal would be 100% cotton surface material with organic down in the pockets, because down maintains some ability to loft again after washing. I don't know of any 100% cotton/down fill mattress pad that isn't very, very expensive. You could perhaps buy a lower-priced but still expensive down comforter or duvet with a 100% cotton cover in lieu of a mattress pad, and tuck in the sides (because it isn't going to be elastic of course). **Q: Has it been treated with chemical flame retardants?** A: Hello Sue,Thank you for your email. I do not see anything about this item being treated with chemical flame retardants. Thank you,Debra **Q: What is the 1% other fabric in the filling?** A: The other 1% is Olefin and dies. **Q: How thick is the pad?** A: Hello,Thank you for your email. This All natural mattress pad is one of our thinner pads. This is actually 1 inch think.Thank you,DebraCustomer ServiceDesigner Living ## Frequently Bought Together - Sleep Philosophy Queen Mattress Pad, Cotton Mattress Protector Classic Cloud Quilted Bed Cover, All Natural Breathable Mattress Topper Fitted Pocket Fits Up to 16", Machine Washable, White - LANE LINEN 100% Organic Cotton Queen Sheet Set, 4Pc Cotton Sheets Queen Size Bed Set, Soft & Breathable Percale Weave, Deep Pocket Queen Sheets, Hotel-Quality Bed Sheets Queen Size - White Bed Sheets --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/27580153-queen-size-mattress-pad-100-cotton-mattress-protector](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/27580153-queen-size-mattress-pad-100-cotton-mattress-protector) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
