**Q: How do you get the poached eggs out of their cooking tray when they are done?**
A: Grease the tray before placing eggs in to cook

**Q: Why doesn’t my chicken cluck?**
A: The Henrietta I purchased from QVC on sale 7/22/22  for &16.54 +s&h $3.50 she does make a clucking sound which stops when unplugged, perfectly  hard boiled eggs 2 trays that make 7 each  & a tray for soft boiled which I coat lightly with butter. Available in 3 colors, reddish, yellow & white…. I love her ! She gives a whimsical productive touch in the kitchen…

**Q: What size eggs do you use?  Small, medium, large, x-large, jumbo?**
A: I use large or extra large ,personally. But, you can use any size in the "Henrietta".

**Q: I have had mine for over 20 years, now she leaks her chirp is gone and she isn't cooking the eggs correctly anymore :-(  what can I do?**
A: After 20 years is just get another one.  They're relatively cheap.  I love mine.

We have had and used “Henrietta” for a half dozen years; it has done it’s job consistently and well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect hard boiled eggs every time and easy to peel!

Love this little clucker - though, as noted by another reviewer, it doesn't actually cluck or cheep - it beeps. Eggcellent product - does exactly what it says it will do and does a great job. I have a couple of eggs for breakfast most mornings and it's so nice to put them in Henrietta and know that they'll be perfect and I don't have to keep an eye on them or wonder if they're done. Hint: warm the eggs for a few minutes in the shell in a bowl of hot water, before using them for poached - that way the egg white will cook more quickly and you won't over-cook the yolks. I've been using Henrietta for a couple of months now and use it 3-4 times a week. Just this morning I whipped up a batch of scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. Just put the mixture evenly into the egg poaching tray, be sure to spray with cooking spray, and cook on the hardboiled egg "setting". Fantastic! I usually turn it on when I get into the shower and they're done by the time my hair is dry. Pop them into a container to take with me to work for breakfast at my desk. Still love it - still works beautifully - wouldn't cook my soft or hard boiled eggs any other way. They always come of perfect and they always come out of the shell easily.
