It seems like the product changed composition from the last two orders. Most recently the flavor is down, and the powder color is different. Still seems overall like a good product as long as the active ingrediants weren't tampered with.

I like the unique taste, but the powder gets a bit clumpy and doesn't dissolve that well. Not that big of a worry, I just down it and follow it by another cup of water. I got a different type of BCAA from the same company and it dissolved quite readily, so maybe it's just an isolated thing.

Has assisted progress on my training and tastes good. I do wish they had a version of this that did not use sucralose (to be fair most do). Unfortunately, I did not realize that this had that ingredient, and get headaches when I consume sucralose. My other supplements use stevia, and I have no adverse affects. Other than that, this product does give me the energy to finish my workouts strong, and I have been noticing faster gains.
