I have a small tear in the lateral collaterol ligament and several meniscus tears in my knee. I'm been wearing this brace much of the time for more than a month. It works well giving me leg and knee more comfort, more stability and more support. My only problem with it is the elastic at the bottom of the brace (around my calf) is very tight and leaves a red indentation for sometime after I've removed the brace. I tried one size larger, but it was too big and crept down my leg when I walked. Nonetheless, I its a good brace and it is more breathable and less hot than my previous brace, particularly in hot, humid summer weather.
