The chair is extremely comfortable and my wife likes it a lot. Says its better than some of the other bowls she has used.Purchased the chair for my wife. It is for home use and not for a commercial business. For home use the chair is great! Was easy to put together.Initially we had some parts issues with the delivery. The sell was fantastic in working thru the issues and making sure we had everything needed for the chair.Everything is include to hook up the chair close to the wall.

I own two salons and order the first from Wayfair. When I seen this on Amazon I thought it was the same.. it looks exactly the same however this bowl sits up too high for clients neck. I’m going to have to get a booster seat unfortunately.

Comfortable and easy assemble. Great for the price.

Several things wrong.....1. the shampoo bowl mounting holes are not there you have to make yourself, hopefully you guess the right spot so you don't have to make more holes in the leather....2. the leg rest is a joke if you can get it to go up and actually lock its so short that it hurts.....3. the description says back support.... no this chair sits straight up almost and so the customer has to lean head way too far back, it is incredibly uncomfortable. Straight is great, when your at the right angle, this one is definitely wrong. I thought my 30 year old bowl was bad. This is simply horrible. If I wanted G rated I would have spent less money.4. the sprayer is horrible, the way its made hair is caught in it all the time so no putting it into the hair or you will rip out hair when it gets stuck.5. The fabric is not textured like the pictureThis chair almost looks pretty but that is it, almost because the sides bow out so it looks like its about to pop apart. I have nothing positive to say

HairNerd here. I bought this chair for my salon and had a very easy time putting the sink together. The Quality is great. The back rest is my only thing I had to alter. I cut open the back of the cushion and pulled the upholstery down and used a foam knife to contour the cushioning. Pulled the upholstery up and hot glued the bitc$ back together. Problem Solved.

I love that the bowl moves. And the guys think the comfort is amazing. It is definitely a good upgrade in my barbershops

The sink works well but I’ve ran into issue from the beginning such as the O ring not sealing correctly. This caused the drain too leak and I had to use plumbers putty to seal it which didn’t work so well. Don’t know if anyone else had this problem but they also do t make it easy to fix as you have to take the bowl apart to get to the drain but the bolts are weird. I need another bowl really 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

We just installed 4 of these sinks. They look great and I cant wait to use them!
