This pattern appears to be created by someone who knows how to sew. Cutting it out was simple and sewing was easy. For my first skirt, I used stretchy swimsuit fabric so no unraveling edges. I will try adjusting this pattern with other types of fabrics plus in combination of stretchy (for the main parts) and woven (for the gores and fish tail).
